It's been a year and a half since I've written and what an amazing time it has been.  In a nutshell:

• I'm healthy and cancer free and I have hair!
• I'm so blessed to have the best family and husband than anyone could ask for!
• My quartet (www.exhilarationquartet.com) won our International contest in November of 2005!
• My chorus is doing GREAT and getting better and better all the time ... we believe!
• And shortly after I write this chapter, this website will officially launch!  It has been a labor of love and quite a process, but it is now available for women and men everywhere to use!

Life is just good.
