I went to my Oncologist and got a clean bill of health He started me on hormone replacement therapy. I am taking bio-identical Estradiol. This should help get rid of the hot flashes. I already feel better. My mood swings are practically gone and the hotflashes are tapering off. I will be on HRT for 5yrs so far. It also helps in preventing osteoperosis (sp?).

My body is feeling much better. I still have to take it easy. If I don't I get tired and sore. My mind is so ready to take on the world but my body is saying slow down. So that's what I must do. Believe it or not I actually feel guilty for not being able to do the laundry or clean my house like I use to. Isn't that strange?

I must say a big THANK YOU!!!!! to all the ladies who have brought us dinner since I got home from my surgery. It is so nice on those nights to know that dinner is taken care of. Just the process of making dinner is sometimes exhausting for me. This has helped us so much. I just want you all to know how grateful I really am

Diana/Mom in law~ Thank you so much for coming and helping us out in this time of need. Words cannot express how grateful I am for your help. The kids really enjoyed spending time with you and getting to know you better. God Bless you!

 I really hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I know I have a lot to be thankful for and I will enjoy every minute.

I want to add that I am sorry I haven't been too good at returning calls or getting back to emails lately. Its a bit overwhelming getting back into the swing of things but I am getting there. I can't wait to start meeting for coffee, lunch and being able to attend all the fun craft and jewelery etc... parties. I appreciate all the invites though.and Soon I will be able to come. Oh since Jon has had to take over bringing the kids to birthday parties I am sure you all have noticed he it always a bit on the late side. Thanks for understanding.
