WOW!  What an event!  Team UNDER THE SUN, a group of 11 terrific people (plus wonderful supporters) got together Friday night to participate in the ACS Relay for Life at Portsmouth, NH High School and it was just amazing!  The TEAM raised close to $3,500 and was required to have at least one member walking the track from 6 pm Friday to noon on Saturday (although it poured Saturday morning so the event ended around 8 am instead).

We had a campsite, cookout, food, beverages, and the best company anyone could ask for.  A few of us managed a short nap (or at least closed our eyes for a few in one of the chairs) but for the most part everyone stayed up for the duration - through the chilly night air and sometimes high winds.  Fortunately the rain didn't start trickling in until 6 am.  They had a DJ playing music throughout the event and had different themed laps where some of our neighbors really went to town dressing up and being silly.  It was a lot of fun and I want to thank EVERYONE who participated on the Team, visited and supported the Team, brought food for the Team and made donations to the Team.

What a most memorable event -- what a GREAT group of people you all are!
