I’m writing again to give the results of my PET scan that I had on Monday. There were no signs of cancer nor infection anywhere in my body. I spoke with the nurse in the oncology department because the Dr. Rao won’t be in until Monday. I asked for a copy of the results for my records so I can’t wait to have them in my hands to read them for myself. I am so relieved. Now we can move on towards the next step of my reconstruction, having the implants put in. Surgery is scheduled for Oct 18th, unless a cancellation comes in and my surgery is moved up. That would be wonderful. I’m ready if they called me to go tomorrow.
