I realized when I woke up, that there was no way I could go into work. I was a zombie…totally wiped out and exhausted. I think I've discovered the exhaustion everyone talks about. Whew! I couldn't do anything today....but sit in my recliner and watch TV. Just getting up to walk around the house was exhausting.

I was still tired today so I stayed home. By mid-afternoon I started to feel more like myself. I hope I don’t have two days like this EVERY cycle - whew! But if I do, then I’ll be prepared for it. By Friday, I was ok, and went to work.
