Final Thoughts

One of the things cancer taught me is that you must live for today, because there are no guarantees for tomorrow. I’ve been riding motorcycles for almost 6 years, and have always dreamed of riding a Honda Goldwing.  This is Honda’s  top of the line touring motorcycle.  I kept telling people that I was going to get one some day…..when I paid off my car, when this, when that….well, I got tired of  people asking me when I was going to get the bike.  So, I decided to sacrifice for a few months and have two payments.  Here’s me with my new bike in April 2005.  Isn’t she a beauty???   I asked my friend Donna Davin (fellow breast cancer survivor) what I should name the bike….and she didn’t hesitate a moment.  She said I should name her:  Hope!   I think Hope Honda is a GREAT name, don’t you?
