My name is Jennifer Bauman Reid.  I am 30 years old and I have survived the "beast" two times.  Hard to believe that Breast Cancer can strike someone so young.  That is why I am here.  I am here to let everyone know that Breast Cancer does not discriminate due to age, sex or background.  Anyone is fair game.  That's the discouraging part.  It can affect someone in their teens, even men and any nationality.  The good news is that we are all warriors and will continue our fights...

I'm here to help spread the word that everyone should be aware of this disease and it's capability.  And when it's taken by surprise (early), it is more often than not, able to be beaten.

I am sharing my story in the hopes that young women become more aware of their bodies.
