Ok...so some of you are wondering what LCF is?

I have been a member of this site lowcarbfriends.com since 1997. The people there are amazing and from all over the world. Many of them have become my friends and some of them are going through breast cancer as well. I am receiving wonderful support, prayers, well wishes and advice from them. Thank you to my LCF friends!
