My Dr appt went very well. The doc says it looks like the tumor is at this point around 2cm which means it has shrunk 1 to 1.5cm's! He also said he wouldn't be surprised if the tumor disappeared all together at this rate. I may have to get what they call a marker put in the tumor so they don't lose itSurprised

I have a definite 3 months of chemo to go with once a month ultrasounds and doc visit to monitor the tumor. We will then decide to do surgery and then continue last of chemo and possible radiation or to fully complete chemo then the latter.

God is amazing! Look what he is doing in my life!

I do have to get over my dread of chemo. I know the news is great but those darn chemo treatments are really rough. Its like getting the flu every week and knowing that its coming! Blech!

On the upside....I talk to the doctor about those nasty steroids I was receiving and we are going to try the treatment without them this week. I just can't handle them. They make me very emotional, can't sleep for almost two days and I'm a bit snappy with my family. When they leave your system you crash. The doc says some do fine without them and he thinks I will. It will be interesting to see how different this treatment is.

Looks like we might get some rain here in AZ Yay! I love rain. I am one of those odd balls who loved the rainy days when we lived in seattle. I do miss it up there. I miss the access to fresh fish, seafood and produce! Pike Place MarketCryLaughing Too hot in Tucson for that! Ok I'm rambling now.

Have a great day! God Bless.

Mindy~ Thank you for baking us a cake. That was very sweet and thoughtful of you.
